What will I learn?

Basic Life Support course covers essential life-saving skills, including CPR, choking relief, and the use of AEDs. Participants will gain hands-on practice and expert guidance, ensuring they are prepared to respond effectively in emergencies. By the end of the course, attendees will have the confidence and knowledge to make a real difference in critical situations.


Topics Covered:

· Anaphylaxis signs and symptoms and management theory and demonstration

· Choking adults and paediatrics theory and demonstration

· Basic Life Support techniques in adults and children theory and demonstration

· Opportunity to practice techniques via simulated practice

· Overview of DNAR/RESPECT

· The importance of debriefing
